DIGIAI operates on a single engagement model: fixed-scope projects. We agree what needs to be done, we do it, and we hand it over. You own the output, the documentation, and the capability to run it without us. There are no open-ended retainers designed to keep us in the room.
Senior-only delivery
Every engagement is led and delivered by senior practitioners. The person you meet in the scoping call is the person doing the work.
Outcome-first scoping
We scope to a defined outcome, not a time block. Before any work begins, we agree what done looks like and what you will be able to do when we leave.
No dependency by design
We build for handover from day one. Every deliverable includes the documentation, training, and context your team needs to own it independently.
Honest about fit
If your situation does not need what we do, we will tell you. We would rather decline an engagement than deliver something that does not move the needle.

Initial assessment
A focused discovery conversation — typically 45 to 60 minutes — to understand your situation, constraints, and what a successful outcome looks like. No pitch deck, no pre-packaged solution.
Roadmap
We produce a clear, written roadmap: the problem we are solving, the approach, the phases, the deliverables, and the timeline. This becomes the basis for the proposal and the measure of success.
Phased delivery
Work is delivered in defined phases with clear checkpoints. You see progress at each stage, can course-correct early, and are never waiting months for a final report that misses the mark.
Knowledge transfer
Every engagement closes with a structured handover: documentation, walkthroughs, and a period of supported transition so your team can operate independently from day one.

We agree the boundaries of the engagement upfront. What is in, what is out, and what success looks like — in writing, before work begins.
Fixed timeline
Projects run to a defined timeline. We do not stretch engagements to fill a retainer. If we finish early, we finish early.
Direct access
You have direct access to the people doing the work throughout. No account managers, no intermediaries, no translation layer between you and the team.
Clean handover
At close, you receive everything: deliverables, working files, documentation, and a clear record of decisions made and rationale. Nothing stays in our heads.
